Sentences issued in Barrow County Magistrate Court Oct. 12

The following animal control ordinance violation cases were heard in Barrow County Magistrate Court on Oct. 12, 2010 with Judge June Davis presiding. Those charged and their sentences are as follows:

•Brittany Allred: $208 in fines and court costs.

•Bobby Stanley Cain: 12 months probation, $100 in restitution and $208 in fines and court costs.

•Kara Leigh Chambers: $211 in fines and court costs.

•Stephanie Eddy: 12 months probation, $100 in restitution and $208 in fines and court costs.

•Tammy Lynn McFarland: $346.50 fine.

•Vivian Oliveras O’Conner: $138 fine.

•Connie A. Stake: 12 months probation, $150 in restitution and $551 in fines and court costs.

•Thomas Kelly Wallace: fine suspended.

The following criminal case was heard in Barrow County Magistrate Court on Oct. 12, 2010 with Judge June Davis presiding:

•Nikol Smalley, deposit account fraud: 12 months probation, financial responsibility class, $195.68 in restitution and $307.50 in fines.
