The Winder Police Department made 11 arrests over the past week.
Those charged were:
• Michelle C. Stockton, 30, 209 Bellview Street. B, Winder, failure to appear.
• Anthony Shane Turner, 37, 1617 Savage Road, Bogart, DUI and speeding.
• Curtis Jordy Simmons, 21, 3800 lot 15 Old State Road, Talmo, probation violation.
• Renardo Delano Hester, 37, 239 Capital Avenue 2B, Winder, shoplifting.
• Kelby Pearl Stephens, 19, 1601 Jockey Court, Auburn, DUI, possession of marijuana and speeding.
• Jason Williams, 38, 508 Russell Road, Lawrenceville, failure to maintain lane and seatbelt violation.
• Cammie Elthee Smallwood, 27, 1465 Finch Road, Winder, outstanding warrant.
• Jack David Ogle Jr., 35, 255 Elks Street A, Winder, obstruction, restraining order violation and battery.
• Jose Gomez, 21, 990 River Ridge, Norcross, driving without a license and speeding.
• Rodney W. Ruark, 29, Osborne Street, Winder, shoplifting and outstanding warrant.
• Rafael Santos, 24, 40 E. New Street, Winder, DUI, hit and run, following too closely, driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.
