Barrow unemployment at 10.3%

Barrow County’s unemployment rate climbed above 10 percent again in August after having dropped slightly in July.

Barrow had a 10.3 percent unemployment rate in August, up from 9.9 percent in July. The rate was 10.4 percent in August 2009.
