Sentences issued in Magistrate Court Sept. 21

The following criminal case was heard in Barrow County Magistrate Court on September 21, 2010 with Judge June Davis presiding:

•Atef Abunokaira, deposit account fraud: case dismissed.

•Michelle Ashlee Brugh, animal control violation: not guilty.

•Samantha Chapman, deposit account fraud: case dismissed.

•Terry Troy Cronic, theft by shoplifting: 14 days in jail with credit for time served.

•Micniqua Lashell Fulton, disorderly conduct: 12 months probation, 32 hours of community service and $343 in fines and court costs.

•James Shannon Kimbrough, pedestrian under the influence: defendant demanded jury trial, case bound over to Superior Court.

•Debby Madwell, deposit account fraud: 12 months probation, financial responsibility class, $70 in restitution and $240 in fines and fees.
