PAL Jam set for Sept. 25

The Auburn-Barrow County Police Athletic League (PAL) will host PAL Jam 2010 on Saturday. Sept. 25.

The event will feature games, food and live entertainment. Performers include Brent Morgan with “Other Side of Homer,” Nashville Star finalist Kimberly Clark, the Daniel Lee Band and more.

PAL is an innovative program which provides at-risk youth with the opportunity to develop life skills through athletics, mentoring and educational activities. Proceeds from the PAL Jam will benefit Barrow County youth.

PAL Jam 2010 will be held from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Winder Noon Lions Club fairgrounds located at 354 East Broad Street in Winder.
