Pretty impressive list. Of the ones you talked about Uncle Buck would be my favorite. I still laugh at that one. We miss John Candy.

I had a crush on Martha Plimpton (Goonies) when I was a 13-year-old!

The Shining is one of the creepiest movies I've ever seen. Still gives me chills.

I think it helps to see the original Terminator before seeing part 2.

John Cleese in Fawlty Towers was also great. I realize this was a TV show but just saying.

It was so great to see Jessica have a column again in The Barrow Journal. I missed it the previous week and was scared it might not appear again. Thank you for another great read. You have so much talent. You have such insight for someone your age.

A few of my co-workers and I were looking at your paper at lunch one day and the name Jessica Brown was brought up. One of my co worker's daughters had her picture in the paper for softball and she was bragging on how great the picture was. There is no doubt you are a great photographer and I realize that is your main role for The Barrow Journal Newspaper. However, I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your columns. I have a niece your age (she's actually a tad younger) and it's funny how much the two of you think the same. Open minded, strong willed and so sure of where you are going. I feel better about our future because of young people like the two of you.

Another great column, it is amazing how you keep cranking the columns out. A large variety of topics and all very interesting. We are very proud of you. Yep, I'm her Granddad.
