The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Georgia — formerly called Learning in Retirement — will offer a special program on “Aging in Place.”
The program will be held on Thursday, July 1, at 1:30 p.m., at the Athens-Clarke County Library, located at 2025 Baxter Street.
The program will focus on how to plan living arrangements in retirement — such as at home, living with children or in a healthcare facility.
Dr. Elaine Cress, who has worked for many years at UGA on the subject of aging, will lead the discussion.
Along with the program, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will hold summer class registration immediately after the presentation.
