Sentences issued in Barrow County Magistrate Court May 25

The following misdemeanor cases were heard in Barrow County Magistrate Court on May 25, 2010 with Judge June Davis presiding. Those charged and their sentences are as follows:

• Bradley Edwin Rodemoyer, disorderly conduct: not guilty plea, case continued until June 15, 2010.

• Ryan K. Swann, two counts of deposit account fraud: 12 months probation, financial responsibility class, $176.94 in restitution and fines and fees of $497.50.

• Janet Lynn Godwin, theft by shoplifting and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana: case continued until June 15, 2010.

• Landon H. Dodge, deposit account fraud: 12 months probation, financial responsibility class, $233.75 in restitution and fines and fees of $395.
