Sentences issued in Barrow County Magistrate Court - May 4

• Sherry Reynolds Barlow: $340.50 fine.

• Tessa Deann Barnette: 12 months probation, restitution of $300, dog must be muzzled when taken for a walk, dog must be enclosed within a pen or on a runner, dog must be registered as a dangerous dog, pay $250 dangerous dog registration fee, carry $15,000 in homeowners insurance and pay a $478.50 fine.

• Misty Michelle Chambers: $70.50 fine suspended, canine deceased.

• Cassidy Renee Wilkerson: 12 months probation, $50 in restitution and a $208.50 fine.

The following misdemeanor cases were heard in Barrow County Magistrate Court on May 4, 2010 with Judge June Davis presiding. Those charged and their sentences are as follows:

• Phillips Ray Barnette, junk and debris in yard: fine suspended.

• Kelvin Franco, theft by shoplifting: 12 months probation, probation fee of $200 and 96 hours of community service in lieu of a fine.

• Jessica Gilleland, deposit account fraud, 12 months probation, $146 in restitution and $282.50 in fines and fees.

• Cheryl Alisha Graves, theft by shoplifting: bench warrant.

• Edward Kenneth Gudz, theft by shoplifting, 12 months probation, 32 hours of community service, $200 in probation fees and a $678 fine.

• Christopher Michael Perry, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana: bench warrant.

• Emily Robison, theft by shoplifting: 12 months probation, 32 hours of community service, $200 in probation fees and a $678 fine.
