Boortz to speak at fundraising golf tournament

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) along with Mansfield Oil Company will host the 24th annual Mansfield Oil Golf Classic on Tuesday, May 25, at Chateau Elan, Braselton.

Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. and the shotgun start begins at 9 a.m.

Nationally syndicated radio talk show host Neal Boortz will be the guest speaker.

The Mansfield Oil Golf Classic is presented by UPS, which will sponsor a VIP reception the at The Legends Clubhouse the night before the tournament. The golf tournament has raised more than $2.2 million for the MDA, including $240,000 last year.
