Wife harassed by husband’s girlfriend
A Winder woman called police after her husband’s girlfriend refused to leave a Hickeria Way residence.
The woman said her husband’s girlfriend was intoxicated and had been on the back porch. Once the wife informed the girlfriend that 911 had been called, the girlfriend left.
While the deputy was at the residence, the husband’s girlfriend called repeatedly demanding to speak with the husband. The husband said he did not want to speak with the woman and had ended the relationship “sometime ago.”
The deputy advised the girlfriend to stop calling the residence. Despite his warning, the woman continued to call.
The deputy advised the wife to change her phone number.
No further actions were taken.
