I found your recent Crime Blotter in the March 31 edition “Man wants more than ride” to be troubling in terms of language.
While I realize that you have every right to free speech and you are the editor, there are bounds of decency and good taste that were sorely lacking in this particular instance. In a small town local newspaper the term "blow job" might be considered out of place and believe it or not still offensive to some.
You are the editor, please consider this in the future. There are many less offensive terms or phrases that could be used under these circumstances that would get the point across. How would you like to explain the term "blow job" to your 9-year-old?
This is not the first time I have considered questioning your judgment about such terms that you seem to continuously print in this publication but I would hope that you will take this into consideration in the future.
