Former bus driver lodges complaint against wife

Former Barrow County Schools bus driver Gregory Brock contacted the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office just days before his arrest for solicitation of sodomy to complain that his wife refused to allow him to visit his child.

A deputy was dispatched to a Creekwood Road location to meet with Brock. Brock informed the deputy that his wife was violating a court order by refusing to allow him visitation with his child. Brock produced a court order and a safety plan prepared by the Georgia Department of Human Resources regarding the visitation.

According to Brock, his wife sent him a text message which said she had been advised not to allow Brock to visit his child.

Brock asked to have the incident recorded so that he could present the information to his attorney.

Brock was taken into custody on April 5 after being charged with soliciting oral sex from a 16-year-old female.

According to the girl, Brock also asked to have sex and sent her a picture of his penis.

The investigation is still ongoing and more charges may be filed according to Det. Sgt. Rachel Love of the Winder Police Department.

i dont blam him for calling the cops. i look at it that if there was a safety plan prepared then i think he should have been able to see his child.
