An overwhelming number of respondents to last week’s Barrow Journal poll indicated opposition to the recently passed health care legislation.
Sixty-nine percent of poll participants said the health care reform legislation is a bad piece of legislation. Just seven percent described the legislation as good.
Twenty-one percent of respondents indicated their belief that the legislation had some good and some bad aspects.
Three percent opted to voice other opinions which included descriptions of the legislation as "unconstitutional," "historic" and "socialism."
