Woman’s belongings stabbed, spray painted
A woman returned to her Hancock Bridge Road home to find that several of her belongings had been stabbed, cut, smashed and spray painted.
The woman suspects that her boyfriend’s sister is responsible for the damage.
According to the victim, her boyfriend’s sister has been angry with her for some time because she believes the victim slept with her husband. The victim said the sister threatened to “beat her ass” and “tear up her face” during a phone conversation with the victim’s boyfriend.
The victim and her boyfriend left the residence because they feared the sister would come over and attempt to confront them. The victim said they locked all the doors to the residence before leaving, but advised that the sister had a key to the home.
When the victim returned home, she found three pairs of her shoes had been stabbed and spray painted orange. A portable CD player had been smashed and an air mattress, sheets and pillows had been cut and spray painted orange. A suitcase had also been spray painted. The victim estimated the damages at $665.
The victim showed the deputy a text message from the suspect which read “I will personally make sure she gets a good ass beating."
The victim requested instructions for obtaining a protective order against the suspect.
The incident remains under investigation.
