After being dispatched to a fight in progress call, Winder Police arrived on Mobile Drive and discovered several male subjects “staggering around” in the road.
When the first arriving officer attempted to ascertain what had transpired, the men all claimed they did not speak English. When back up arrived, the officer spoke with a woman who said the men had been fighting or wrestling at the end of the street.
The officer explained to the men that they could not be out in the middle of the road intoxicated and that they needed to go home.
“They continued looking at me and did not go into the house,” the officer wrote.
Eventually, the men gathered around a vehicle parked in a nearby yard. The men continued to laugh and wave at the officers and were again ordered to go inside the home. When they refused, the officers arrested all four subjects for public intoxication.
Miguel Aneil, Quel Ramirez, Jose Lopez and Alejandro Cruz-Franco, all of 338 Mobile Drive, were transported to the detention center without further incident.

When asked what happened, Terry said he “just lost control of the vehicle.” After noticing a strong odor of alcoholic beverage, the deputy asked Terry how much alcohol he had consumed. Terry pointed to his overturned truck and replied, “Too much to drive that.”
Terry was arrested for DUI. On the way to the jail, he urinated and defecated on himself. When the deputy asked why he did that, Terry replied, “Sometimes you just got to go.”
