The seventh season of the Winder Barrow Community Theatre begins Feb. 26 with the Pulitzer Prize winning comedy “Harvey.”
“Harvey,” written by Mary Chase and directed by Billie Nye-Muller, is the story of Elwood P. Dowd, a mild-mannered and jovial bachelor whose best friend is an invisible six-foot tall rabbit with an affinity for martinis. The play emphasizes the importance of family and friends, whether real or imaginary.
The production will run Feb. 26 - 28 and Mar. 5 - 7, with evening performances at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday Matinees at 3:00 p.m. All performances will be held at the Colleen O. Williams Theatre in the Winder Cultural Arts Center, 105 East Athens Street, Winder.
