A woman called police for help after her teenage son reportedly received numerous harassing text messages and phone calls from other neighborhood teens.
The woman said the teens had called her son and threatened to “blow his head off” and had made references to body bags. The mother said she was tired of it and wanted it to stop.
The responding officer advised that the mother could take warrants, but the police could not charge anyone since it was a “he said/she said situation.”
The officer did speak with three subjects identified by the mother as being perpetrators of the harassing phone calls. According to the report, the officer advised them to stop calling and texting.
No further action was taken since none of the threatening messages or texts had been saved.
