Woman assaulted with cell phone

On Dec. 17, Cory Devine, 25, of 1208 Autumn Avenue in Auburn was arrested after holding a knife to another man’s throat. Devine then reportedly pushed the man off of a porch causing him to strike his head on the pavement. A witness said Devine kicked the man in the mouth as he lay on the ground.

Devine was arrested at his home and charged with aggravated assault and battery.
