Apalachee SAT scores climb

The 2008 SAT scores at Apalachee High School went up dramatically from the year before, from 934 to 991 on the traditional scoring total.

Scores at Winder-Barrow High School were flat, dropping one point to 990 this year from last year’s 991 total.

Both Barrow County High Schools were above the state average of 984 this year, but lagged the national average of 1017. [ Full Story » ]
