Winder Police were called to the May Street CVS Pharmacy after an employee located marijuana hidden within the store.
The employee was straightening the shelves on aisle three when she found four small dime bags of marijuana hidden behind some toothpaste.
The incident is believed to be related to a recent traffic accident in which the occupants of one of the involved vehicles stashed drugs inside the store.
The incident remains under investigation.
