A dispute over who should administer medication to an ailing relative led a Lilburn woman to contact Auburn Police last week.
The woman said she has been caring for her grandfather, but has been unable to give him his medications because her aunt will not allow it.
According to the report, the woman and her aunt have an ongoing dispute over the medications.
The grandfather told police that he wanted his daughter to return his medications, checks and a bag of coins. The daughter advised police that the coins had been returned and that her husband had all the medications and checks locked in a safe. She further said that her husband would not be home to open the safe until the following morning and that the items would be returned at that time.
