A 25-year-old Winder man was shot Thursday during an argument over money, according to the Barrow County Sheriff's Office.
The victim, whose wounds were not life-threatening, was taken to an area hospital. His identity has not been disclosed.
Arrested and being held without bond at the Barrow County Detention Center is 19-year-old Keyon Neal of Winder.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. July 23 at 845 Brandon Drive and is still under investigation.

I hope he enjoys his time in jail. He was a drug dealing fool. All of Barrow county needs to band together and move the trash out of the neighborhoods. It's not even safe for your kids to go out and play anymore without worrying about who is lurking around your neighborhood.

Keyon should get out because it was in self defence and the man that he shot should had never came to his house and every body needs a second chance and he need to come home to his family and stop hanging with them people who are on drugs because he better than that to all his hatters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

keyon wasnt a drug dealer he hung out with the wrong people. he has children he has to take care of hes not a bad person he never would try to hurt anybody i know this for fact the person had to do something to him and he needs a second chance to prove he will be a good productive person in this society everybody dont need jail some people just need a help. if everybody went to jail for self defending then i really dont know what to make of this society may god be with you keyon hope he gets to go home so he can see his brand new baby boy

Both of these people involved in this shooting were involved in drugs. Look up the names and the history of both. Both were together during the day. Both were friends and hung out together daily. Find your facts before you defend some thug!!!! Both need to go and saty away for awhile.

well, i know that all parties need some help they should be reformed and made to be productive citizens all involved has issues and the person that was shot knows hes a bully allways bragging bout he been in the military taking up for his friends he knws he wasnt keyon real friend that boy was only in winder, ga a couple years sisnt kow anything or anyone but these guys who introduced him to this life now they act like they dont knw keyon plzzzz all in his family face acting like they wasnt his friends tell the truth plzzzz he doesnt need to be in jail for along time.
