OBIT: Mary Wall

Mary Ruth Wall, 83, of Winder, died Saturday, April 19, 2008. Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late C.E. and Ina Irene Evans Pharr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Midway United Methodist Church. She prided herself with crocheting and home canning and gardening, loved ones stated. Mrs. Wall was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Calvin Wall; and an infant son. Survivors include sister-in-law, Nettie Lee Bradford, Winder; and special friends, Glenn, Cyndee and Lee McDaniel, all of Winder, and Tom and Betty Wilbanks, Jefferson. Funeral services were held Monday, April 21, at Smith Memory Chapel with the Revs. David Moore and Billy Ray Banks officiating. Burial was in Barrow Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Midway United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 719, Auburn, Ga. 30011. Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
